The Paradigm Shift in Leadership Owing to Technological Development
Abstract
This chapter explores how technological advancements reshape leadership paradigms, tracing technology's evolution from the Industrial Revolution to the Information Age. It critiques traditional hierarchical and command-and-control structures for their limitations in today's digital landscape.
