Abstract

This chapter examines the partnership between government entities and stakeholders in tourism development, employing Bibliometric Analysis and Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to synthesize findings from Scopus data spanning 2019 to 2024. A systematic search began with 21,780 documents, narrowed to 1,276 peer-reviewed studies in Social Sciences through targeted filtering. Tools like VOSviewer and CiteSpace uncovered trends and researcher collaboration networks. The SLR adhered to PRISMA guidelines to ensure the inclusion of high-quality, relevant studies. The findings emphasize the importance of strategic collaborations between governments and stakeholders, highlighting successful models and practices that drive sustainable tourism growth. Additionally, the chapter identifies gaps in the literature, underscoring the need for context-specific research to inform effective policies and practices. This chapter contributes to academic discourse by providing a structured synthesis of current knowledge and practical insights for enhancing government-stakeholder partnerships.
