Role of Strategic Leadership in Managing Political Crises: From the Perspective of Youth in Arab Regions
Abstract
Effective problem-solving in strategic leadership relies on a scientific workflow that necessitates the formulation of basic requirements. These requirements, including effective diversity management, organizational flexibility, decision-making, leadership skills, problem-solving teams, effective communication, and information management, form the backbone of an integrated approach to problem-solving.Strategic leadership, characterized by efficiency, integrated planning, strategic vision, and informed decision-making, is essential for protecting society from turmoil, conflicts, and various crises while promoting progress across all fields (Hashim & Abdullaq, 2018).The interaction of numerous sudden and external variables often lies beyond our control, making the importance of leadership in managing crises one of the most pressing issues today. Addressing this challenge requires effective crisis management strategies that reduce negative consequences, as decision-makers often face elements of surprise, confusion, and limited time for decision-making and response (Serafi, 2008).
