Abstract

As part of its embrace of digital transformation and related technical advances, India's textile sector has taken a significant stride forward by using robo-advisors, or automation advisers, to improve performance levels by streamlining operations and optimizing decision-making processes. The present research is conducted to measure the impact of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on worker performance in the presence of work culture as a mediator and Robo Advisor as a moderator. The general learnings derived from the findings suggest that Organizational Commitment is a key driver of both Work Culture and Worker Performance, underscoring the importance of fostering commitment within the workforce to cultivate a positive work environment and enhance productivity. The influence of Robo-Advisors on Worker Performance, while present, is not statistically significant, hinting that technology alone may not be a strong determinant of performance without the support of other organizational factors.
