Leadership Paradigms for Sustainable Development: The Role of Digital Transformation and Workplace Gratitude in Emerging Markets
Abstract
The chapter focuses on the synergistic influence of digital transformation and workplace gratitude, and it investigates the crucial role that leadership paradigms play in enabling sustainable development within emerging markets. Effective leadership is becoming increasingly important for rising economies as they manage difficult global problems. To leverage digital technology to generate innovation, improve operational efficiencies, and expand market opportunities, effective leadership is necessary. Concurrently, emphasizing thankfulness in the workplace helps to develop a healthy organizational culture, which in turn increases employee engagement, productivity, and overall business sustainability. The purpose of this abstract is to show how visionary and agile leadership methods can equip firms in emerging markets to traverse changing circumstances while simultaneously supporting ethical practices and societal well-being. The abstract has been based on contemporary research and case studies.
