Abstract

This study examines leadership and change management strategies crucial for advancing sustainable healthcare in the digital era, with a focus on the Middle East, a region undergoing rapid healthcare transformation amidst diverse challenges. The study aims to quantify the impact of leadership styles and change management practices on the successful implementation of digital health initiatives and their sustainability. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the study analyzed data from surveys and performance metrics of healthcare organizations across the Middle East. The results reveal that transformational leadership and proactive change management are significantly associated with improved adoption rates of digital health solutions, enhanced operational efficiency, and better patient outcomes. These findings highlight the critical role of dynamic leadership and strategic change management in fostering sustainable healthcare advancements in the digital age within the Middle Eastern context.
