The increasing number of Latinas in higher education in the United States presents challenges and opportunities that significantly affect their socioeconomic status and economic contributions. By examining these unique experiences and educational influences, this section seeks to uncover effective strategies for supporting the academic success and retention of these women. The discussion emphasizes the importance of addressing systemic barriers and fostering a just educational environment. The study's aim is to start a meaningful dialogue with institutions and policymakers about educational equity for Latinas in the United States and to suggest proactive steps for improvement supporting academic and professional growth. Recognizing and reducing the challenges experienced by Latinas in higher education is essential for ensuring success and empowerment to excel in every facet of life.
