Abstract

This study explores the integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into sustainable business models within the rapidly evolving field of digital internal medicine in India, a country facing significant healthcare challenges and opportunities. The research aims to quantify the impact of CSR initiatives on the sustainability and success of digital internal medicine ventures in India, focusing on how these efforts influence patient trust, business growth, and overall healthcare outcomes. A quantitative approach was employed, involving the analysis of data from surveys and financial reports of leading digital healthcare providers across India. The results indicate a positive relationship, showing that companies integrating CSR into their digital healthcare models not only improve patient trust and engagement but also achieve better financial stability and growth. These findings underscore the importance of CSR in building sustainable and resilient business models within India's burgeoning digital internal medicine sector.
