Innovative Intelligence AI Tools Transforming Public Service Excellence
Abstract
This chapter provides a comprehensive framework for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in public administration. It highlights the growing importance of AI technologies in improving public services, while emphasizing the need for a systematic approach to their deployment, also examines the literature on AI frameworks, outlines the basic benefits and risks of AI in public administration, and suggests guidelines for responsible implementation. It also seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effective integration of AI tools in public management to enhance public value while upholding ethical standards.
