Abstract
Generative AI is revolutionizing nursing by enhancing clinical decision-making, patient care, and workflow efficiency. By integrating predictive analytics, personalized care planning, and real-time decision support, AI enables nurses to deliver proactive, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Applications include automated documentation, intelligent staffing, remote monitoring, and culturally sensitive patient communication, improving adherence, satisfaction, and safety. Despite its promise, challenges such as data quality, bias, and ethical considerations necessitate careful implementation and workforce training. The future of smart nursing lies in a collaborative approach where human expertise and AI innovation work synergistically to optimize healthcare delivery.
