In an AI-driven service sector, AI enhances worker capabilities while posing challenges like job displacement and privacy concerns. This study explores AI's impact on job roles, skill requirements, and workforce well-being through thematic analysis, revealing themes of trust issues, skill development needs, and the importance of ongoing training. It underscores the necessity for organizations and workers to foster a symbiotic relationship through continuous upskilling and transparency, ensuring AI integration benefits both workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
