Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the nexus between transformative leadership and culture of learning through a bibliometric perspective is to systematically analyze and understand the existing body of scholarly literature on this topic.This paper aims to review articles related to transformative leadership and culture of learning with the help of bibliometric analysis. A total number of 499 documents were drawn from the Scopus database out of which 187 articles were selected. Bibliometric the overview of transformative leadership and culture of learning Research, bibliometric techniques such as performance analysis and scientific mapping were applied. The data was also organized, analyzed, and presented using the Bibliometrix package. The study found that research on transformative leadership and culture of learning has a significant growth rate of 4.58 percent. The findings show that Boen f, with five publications, is the most referenced author, followed by Fransen k & Gottschalk p, who have a combined total of seven (each) papers.
