Exploring the Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility and Leadership: A Case Study of the LEGO Group (2013-2023)
Abstract
This study offers a comprehensive examination of leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the LEGO Group from 2013 to 2023, beginning with a detailed description and analysis of key CSR indicators such as environmental impact, community engagement, employee well-being, and customer satisfaction. Following this, a content analysis of leadership practices is conducted, highlighting the increasing emphasis on both individual and organizational leadership. Additionally, a correlational test is performed to explore the relationship between leadership types and various CSR areas, revealing significant alignments. The findings demonstrate how LEGO's integrated approach to leadership and CSR has driven its sustained growth and reinforced its reputation as a responsible global leader.
