Abstract
This article examines the ethical considerations and privacy risks associated with deploying Gen-AI and LLMs in healthcare management, particularly safeguarding patient data and ensuring public trust and transparency. Using a qualitative study design, the research involved focus groups with 22 healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and decision-makers in the life sciences, to gather diverse perspectives on these issues, aiming to explore how Gen-AI and LLMs can reshape healthcare systems when supported by robust ethical standards and patient privacy protections.
