Abstract
This research examines how North American professional sports clubs use Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to achieve environmental sustainability. Discovering the internal and external factors that motivate these companies to prioritize environmental stewardship is crucial. It highlights the fact that these approaches are only employed in competitive sports. Structured equation modeling (SEM) was used to examine the links between total quality management (TQM), green performance, and corporate social responsibility. For the study endeavor, NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and MLS executives were surveyed and interviewed. Notable examples show how incorporating environmentally friendly practices into organizational structures may boost a company's competitiveness and customer loyalty.
