Abstract
This chapter explores the profound transformation in team collaboration driven by advances in artificial intelligence (AI), as teams have become more dispersed yet interconnected due to globalization, technological progress, and digital platforms. It delves into the historical development of modern team collaboration, emphasizing the transition from centralized to decentralized workspaces and the rise of virtual teams.
