Abstract
This chapter navigates through the intricate landscape of patient satisfaction in the healthcare domain, while introducing an innovative framework designed to elevate the patient's experience. Over the years the landscape of healthcare has evolved and the emphasis on patient-centric care has increased and now it's pivotal in delivering care to the patients and with the advancements of technology, its easier to map patient satisfaction at various points and alleviate the patient experience. Patient satisfaction is one of the key drivers in imparting quality care and enhanced patient satisfaction offers many benefits such as it improves patients' perception and experience, increase trust in physician, greater compliance, reduces the chances of error, increases staff satisfaction which eventually result into better medical treatment and personal care. All these sums together have a direct impact on the provider's profitability.
