In addition to their impact on academic performance, these practices foster general welfare and inspiration. Individuals who are emotionally resilient, socially proficient, and intrinsically motivated result from the long-term effects. It promotes the adoption of mindfulness among educators, emphasizing serving as a role model for students and cultivating an all-encompassing educational methodology.
