Abstract

The importance of digital transformation and innovation in today's business environment is critical to the growth, competitiveness and survival of companies in an increasingly dynamic and technological world. The business environment is constantly changing due to factors such as technological advances, changes in consumer preferences and habits, as well as market dynamics. Digital transformation enables companies to nimbly adapt to these changes and seize new opportunities. Companies that embrace digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation tend to be more competitive. This is because they can offer faster, more personalized and efficient products and services, as well as more personalized and customer-centric experiences, which contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction. In this chapter, we will analyze digital transformation and innovation as key to the formation, training and assumption of managerial roles in a constantly evolving business environment, including case studies that have been successful in adapting to these two trends.
