Abstract

At its core, digital tools and platforms are into the operation and provision of public services, with the goal of enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and citizen engagement. applications, from e-government initiatives and online public services to data-driven policymaking and digital infrastructure. By leveraging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain, digital government seeks to modernize public sector operations. One of the primary benefits of digital government is the enhancement of service delivery. Traditionally, public services often involved cumbersome bureaucratic processes, lengthy waiting times, and limited accessibility. Digital government initiatives address these issues by enabling quicker processing of government operations by automating routine tasks and reducing manual workloads. Furthermore, digital government facilitates greater transparency and accountability.
