Deepfake Detection and Analysis in Cyber Forensics
Abstract
Deepfake technology, which involves the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to create highly realistic but fabricated media, has evolved rapidly over the past decade and poses a severe challenge in the realm of cyber forensics. Deepfake technology, which leverages advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms to create highly realistic yet fabricated media, has emerged as a potent tool for disinformation, fraud, and other malicious activities. These synthetic media, which can involve altered images, audio, and video, pose risks to personal privacy, security, and the integrity of digital evidence.
