Abstract
In an era marked by a heightened emphasis on proactive urban security, municipal governance faces escalating complexities and demands for adaptive interventions in response to dynamic demographic shifts, stringent regulatory frameworks, and unpredictable disruptions. The convergence of AI-driving Policing (AIP) solutions has emerged as a transformative force, enabling public officials and law enforcement agencies to enhance situational awareness through advanced analytics, targeted interventions, and synergy-driven governance orchestration within smart city infrastructure. This chapter develops a comprehensive theoretical framework to examine the intersection of AIP, ethical governance, and data-driven city management, addressing a critical gap in understanding how advanced AI solutions can revolutionize public safety and strategic foresight in smart city environments.
