Abstract
A female athlete needs to plan her diet properly in order to provide the necessary support for her body and help her perform optimally. A more systematic assessment of different dietary and nutrient approaches is required to successfully enhance nutrition, health conditions, and iron status, besides optimizing physical functions. This includes evaluating several effective nutritional approaches to determine the right way to implement the necessary nutritional changes. Therefore, studying such approaches will help identify effective ways to enhance female athletes' health and performance, ensuring the possibility of achieving the best outcomes.
