Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming business management by revolutionizing decision-making, optimizing operations, and driving innovation. This chapter explores the multifaceted role of AI across key business functions, including strategic planning, operations management, marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), human resources, and finance. By leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation, AI enables organizations to enhance efficiency, predict market trends, and create personalized customer experiences. The integration of AI with emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and edge computing is creating intelligent ecosystems that foster resilience and adaptability in an increasingly digital world. However, the adoption of AI presents significant challenges, including concerns about workforce displacement, algorithmic bias, data privacy, and ethical accountability.
