Abstract
Business Intelligence (BI) has evolved from simple data analysis to a comprehensive discipline that drives strategic decision-making across industries. With the rapid advancements in technology, BI is now more accessible, sophisticated, and integrated than ever before. This chapter delves into the latest advancements in Business Intelligence, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization, which have transformed BI capabilities. It also explores the growing role of big data, real-time analytics, and cloud-based BI platforms in shaping BI practices in global businesses.
