A Review on Healthy Work Culture Leading to Their Happiness and Well Being During Pandemics in Relation With the Mediating Role of Work Commitment
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of how work culture affects employees' performance during pandemics, which in turn affects their well-being and happiness. Based on this research, specific organizations will receive recommendations for creating an efficient pandemic HRM approach. Secondary data for the study came from the literature review, which was carried out utilizing books, articles, and journals. The results specified that the random changes done by the organizations in the factors of work culture has impacted the happiness and well-being of employees' negatively. The study expands on all of the pandemic scenarios that were previously stated as a whole, as opposed to focusing on just one. Additionally, companies tend to overlook the work culture element during pandemics because they are more concerned with recovering from their losses, which negatively impacts the happiness and well-being of their employees.
