Abstract

In the past few years, it is been observed that there has been a rise in the growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) especially in Indian Service Sectors. Moreover, it is identified that AI popularity has been influencing Emotional Intelligence (EI) among the employees working in Indian service sectors like Education, Health care, Tourism, Information Technology, Hospitality, Insurance, and Hotel Industry. In fact, for all the levels of employees working in Indian Service sectors, EI has been an inspiring word. Moreover, to ensure the growth of the organizations, they look upon technological advances. This would support employees KRA (Key Result Area) and remain focused on developing people and resources that move them forward. It is known that a person with high EI would experience favorable KRA in their profession, family, and society and ultimately it would lead to good relations in family and workplace. Therefore, the present study would help us to understand the role of AI on EI among the employees working in Indian Service sectors and its influence on employees KRA.
