Milan Vemić (Ed.)
Milan Vemic, Ph.D., associate professor of economics and finance and SME expert. He served as chairman of council, vice-dean of scientific research and taught graduate and postgraduate courses in Serbia, Kazakhstan and other countries. Besides 5 books in economics and finance, edited 2 SME books and several reviewed he has over 80 published scientific works in learned and professional publications relating SMEs, development of capital markets, financial management, venture capital, microfinance, business development, project management and entrepreneurship. As keynote speaker he presented papers at many industry forums and conferences in: Sofia, Bishkek, Aktobe, Belgrade, Subotica, Novi Sad, Rotterdam, Tekirdag (Turkey), Bra?ov (Romania), Bratislava, Košice. He is a partner in Matapan Consulting, a firm dedicated to enterprise development, and worked as an expert on several USAID and EU development projects. Milan is a member of Central Eurasian Studies Society and of Cluster House Serbia.
