Description

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) transforms the landscape of journalism and communications, reshaping how news is gathered, produced, distributed, and consumed. From automated content generation and real-time data analysis to personalized news delivery and deep-fake detection, AI technologies enhance both the efficiency and complexity of media practices. While these tools offer opportunities to streamline workflows and expand audience reach, they also raise ethical concerns about accuracy, bias, transparency, and the role of human oversight. As AI becomes integrated into media, journalism and communication professionals must adapt, re-evaluate traditional norms, and develop strategies to balance innovation with integrity and public trust.

Reshaping Journalism and Communications With AI explores how AI transforms journalistic and communication practices, including news production, audience engagement, and content personalization. It examines the ethical, professional, and societal implications of AI integration like issues of misinformation, algorithmic bias, and the evolving role of human journalists in an automated media environment. This book covers topics such as digital technology, political science, and consumer behavior, and is a useful resource for media and communications professionals, business owners, engineers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
