Safae Ismaili (Ed.)
Dr. Safae Ismaili is a seasoned academic and researcher in economics and finance. She currently serves as Director of Research at Fès Business School, part of the Université Privée de Fès in Morocco. Holding a doctorate in economics and management from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Fès, she focuses her work on financial markets, fintech innovations, circular economy models, and broader topics tied to economic management. With over a decade of experience in higher education, she’s taken on key academic and leadership roles. She's been a full-time professor, educational director, and managed institutional partnerships across several Moroccan institutions. Her teaching spans a wide range—market finance, portfolio management, national accounting, monetary economics, and project management. She's also supervised more than 100 master’s and doctoral theses. Her research output is both prolific and internationally recognized. She has published in several indexed journals, including Finance & Finance Internationale, Revue Internationale des Sciences de Gestion, Alternatives Managériales et Économiques, and Sustainability (ISSN: 2071-1050). Dr. Ismaili has contributed to numerous edited volumes and shared her findings at key scientific gatherings in Morocco, France, and beyond. Lately, she’s been exploring how blockchain technology, sustainable finance, and post-COVID economic recovery intersect with consumer behavior in fintech. She also lends her expertise as an associate editor for The Journal of Contemporary Issues in Business and Government and regularly reviews submissions for academic journals and conferences. She's deeply engaged in educational innovation—championing tools like virtual reality, stock market simulation, and hands-on learning. Dr. Ismaili is affiliated with several professional organizations such as the Société Française de Statistique, the Moroccan Association of Financial Consolidators, and the Women Leaders Association of Fès. Beyond academia, she leads a school-focused nonprofit and mentors students through the JADARA Foundation. Always open to fresh ideas and collaborations, she welcomes opportunities involving research partnerships, cross-disciplinary projects, institutional connections, and developing creative educational programs.
