is currently an Associate Professor at Tamkang University, Taiwan. She got her PhD in Bilingual Education from New York University, New York. Her research interests include cross-cultural communications and collaborations, e-learning and m-learning, video conferencing, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), language teaching and learning, and global issues relevant to education and language.
