Iza Gigauri (Ed.)
Iza Gigauri is a Professor at the University of Georgia in Tbilisi. She received her PhD in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Georgia). She holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands (The Netherlands) and an MBA with the highest honors from the American University for Humanities (Georgia). She is a graduate with honors from Ilia State University (Georgia) and Ruhr-University Bochum (Germany). Her research interests include corporate social responsibility, marketing, sustainability, entrepreneurship, HRM, Leadership, and digitalization. She has participated in various international scientific conferences and has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers, books, and book chapters. She is a scientific committee member and keynote speaker at academic conferences, a guest editor, an editorial board member and a reviewer at international journals within Emerald, Springer, IGI-Global,MDPI, Frontiers, Inderscience, Taylor&Francis, Elsevier, Wiley. She delivers lectures and teaches seminars at all three levels of higher education. She is an expert, opponent, and supervisor of doctoral dissertations and Master’s theses. She won a number of international scholarships and awards in the field of her academic specialization. Prof. Iza Gigauri was awarded for her contribution to the development of science by the Government of Georgia.

Ali Junaid Khan (Ed.)
Ali Junaid Khan , holding a Ph.D. in Management Sciences, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business, Management and Administrative Sciences, Islamia University of Bahawalpur. With extensive industry experience at the corporate level, Dr. Khan brings a practical approach to his research and teaching, making him adept at imparting market-oriented skills to students and researching real-world problems. He has a diversified portfolio of research and authored nearly 50 publications focusing on sustainable development, green innovations and practices, responsible leadership, HRM, governance and policy, and entrepreneurship. In addition to his academic contributions, Dr. Khan has extensive review experience with various international journals such as Emerald, Springer, Sage, Taylor & Francis, and Frontiers.
