Dr. Brent Smith is Associate Professor of Marketing, Interim Associate Director of the Pedro Arrupe Center for Business Ethics, and Director of Fellowships at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA. His areas of expertise include marketing strategy, marketing ethics, marketing analytics, global business, and cross-cultural engagement. He has developed several teaching innovations, including the "Five Creatures Lesson," a novel paradigm for competing effectively in business and industry. Dr. Smith's research focuses on the role of culture in marketing ethics, marketing channels, sales management, and leadership. His work appears in various scholarly outlets, such as
