Mirjana Pejic-Bach (Ed.)

Mirjana Pejic-Bach is a Full Professor at the Department of Informatics at the Faculty of Economics & Business. She graduated at the Faculty of Economics & Business – Zagreb, where she also received her Ph.D. degree in Business, submitting a thesis on “System Dynamics Applications in Business Modelling“ in 2003. She is the recipient of the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2013 for the paper Influence of strategic approach to BPM on financial and non-financial performance published in Baltic Journal of Management. Mirjana was also educated at MIT Sloan School of Management in the field of System Dynamics Modeling, and at OliviaGroup in the field of data mining. She participates in number of EU FP7 projects, and is an Expert for Horizon 2020.



Çağlar Doğru (Ed.)

Çağlar Doğru, Ph.D. of Management and Organization at Ufuk University, Ankara, Turkey, completed bachelor’s degree at Hacettepe University, department of business administration. He received master’s degree in human resources management and doctoral degree in business administration from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. His research interests are concentrated on management, leadership, organization, organizational behavior, human resources management, and strategic management. He has given lessons in stated research areas, both bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He has supervised many master’s theses on management and organization as well. Additionally, he has numerous research articles in both national and international journals. Moreover, he has many book chapters in the international publishing houses and he presented numerous studies at many national and international conferences and published at proceedings. He serves as editor at both international books and national/international prestigious journals. Among his hobbies playing piano and swimming come first. He speaks English, French, German and Russian. He is married and has a daughter.
