Amar Khan (Ed.)
Amar Ali Khan as an Electrical Engineer, found something missing in learning during his engineering studies. To find that missing link in learning experience and to find the best teaching strategies of learning Amar Joined NUST Islamabad for MS in Innovative Technologies in Education. To observe the children of schools who are unable to read and write despite of having almost 10 years of education, Amar decided to carry on the path of using the technology for the improvement of literacy in Pakistan. He carried out a study at Islamabad, using tablet PC to improve literacy of early graders. While doing his MS he got a chance to work in DFID and UKAID funded project “Gamification of Science Curriculum”. Later he joined Namal College Mianwali as Research Analyst. Currently Amar Ali Khan is working as (Instructional Designer in a DFID Project of Digitizing science curriculum at ITU, Punjab Pakistan.

Sajid Umair (Ed.)
Sajid Umair was born in Nowshera KPK, Pakistan in 1992. He received his M.S. in computer science from School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS), National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad Pakistan, in 2016. He completed his B.S. in computer science from Institute of Business and Management Sciences (IBMS), The University of Agriculture Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2014 with a Silver Medal. His areas of interest includes Android/Desktop Applications Development, Mobile Cloud Computing, Mobile Devices and Smart Gadgets, Mobile Technologies and Electronic Media, and Mobile Journalism.

His research papers have been published in different journals, conferences and also as book chapters. His recently published book, Handbook of Research on Mobile Devices and Smart Gadgets in K-12 Education by IGI Global USA 2017, was indexed by SCOPUS. He is also an Editor-in-Chief of the book: Mobile Devices and Smart Gadgets in Human Rights. He is former member of High-Performance Computing (HPC) Lab and Excellence for Mobile Computing (EMC) Lab at School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS), National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad Pakistan. He achieved many awards as an outstanding boy scout, most important among them being: Chief Commissioner Award from Pakistan Boy Scouts Association.
