Jaspreet Kaur is currently working as an Assistant Professor in University Business School, Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. She is a post graduate (MBA-H.R) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has also qualified UGC NET JRF in Human Resource Management/Labour and Social Welfare and has pursued PhD in Business Management from Chandigarh University, Mohali. She has over 8 years of experience in academic and administrative assignments. She also received “Best Teacher of the Department Award” in the year 2019 and 2021 in the field of imparting quality education. Her research interests include Employee Engagement, Management of Organizational Change and Organization Development. She has published several research papers and articles in reputed international and national journals and has presented papers in various national and international conferences. She also contributed one edited book and numerous book chapters on various topics.
