Hindriyanto Purnomo
is a professor at Department of Information Technology, Satya Wacana Christian University, Indonesia. He received his Bachelor degree in Engineering Physics, from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, in 2005, Magister of Information Technology from The University of Melbourne, Australia in 2009 and Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and System Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, in 2013. He was a visiting scholar at Sophia University, Japan, in 2022. He has received several recognitions and awards for his academic achievement. He also has published many articles in reputable journals, conferences and books. His research interests are in the field of metaheuristics, soft computing, machine learning, and deep learning.
