Öznur Cumhur Değirmenci
Öznur Cumhur Değirmenci
graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering in 2006. She received her master's degree from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Food Engineering (2008) and her doctorate (2015) from Gebze Institute of Technology, Department of Chemical Engineering. In 2009, she started working as an expert in Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University Vocational School Food Technology program. In 2015, she was appointed as a doctoral faculty member at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Tourism Management and continues to work there. The main fields of study are gastronomy, food technologies, food science and food safety.
