Shraddha Verma

Shraddha Verma
is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at Chandigarh University with over 13 years of academic and research experience. She holds an MBA, PGDM, and M.Com, and specializes in Finance and Human Resource Management. Dr. Verma has published extensively in reputed journals including Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC-CARE, and authored a textbook on Research Methodology. She has also contributed book chapters, delivered invited talks, and presented papers at national and international conferences. Her research interests include risk management, project finance, financial modeling, fintech innovations, and talent management. She is a member of professional bodies such as LMA, AIMA, AOM, CMA, and AIMS, and has also been granted a patent on AI-based Virtual and Augmented Reality systems.
