Çağla Çetinkaya
Çağla Çetinkaya
holds a Ph.D. in Tourism and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. Her areas of expertise include health tourism, agricultural tourism, tourism marketing, and artificial intelligence applications in tourism. Dr. Çetinkaya has previously worked in the hospitality industry, including positions at Hilton Hotels, and integrates practical experience with academic research.She has contributed extensively to the field through academic publications, book chapters, and national/international conference presentations. Her recent studies focus on visitor experiences, smart tourism technologies, and inclusive tourism practices, particularly in museum settings.
