Zouhair Boumlik
, PhD, holds a PhD. in corporate finance, jointly awarded by the University of Mons in Belgium and the Hassan First University of Settat in Morocco. He is an adjunct professor of management and economics at the National School of Business and Management in Settat (ENCG Settat). His research interests include corporate finance, corporate governance, family businesses, and financial markets.
