Zeynep Merve Ünal
received her PhD degree in organizational behavior from the Marmara University in 2017. Her research interests include meaning in both work and private life. She also has published research about spirituality at workplace, employee engagement person-job fit/person-organization fit. She has published various book chapters that are related to corporate social responsibility, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, digital transformation in contemporary organizations, job re-design in the new era of COVID-19.
