Zaffar Ahmad Nadaf
Zaffar Ahmad Nadaf
is presently employed as an Assistant Professor at the School of Education, Central University of Kashmir. He obtained his Ph.D. in Education from Aligarh Muslim University and completed a Post-Doctoral Program sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science and Research. Moreover, he holds an advanced degrees (M. A.) in Education, Psychology, Political Science, Urdu and an M.Ed. from the University of Kashmir, along with a B.Ed. from Rehmat-e-Aalam College of Education, Anantnag. With more than Eight years of experience in teaching and research at the university level, Dr. Nadaf's academic pursuits centre around Educational Psychology, Psychometrics & Conflict & Education. He is the author of three books and has contributed extensively to internationally recognized journals, including Scopus Elsevier, Routledge and Springer. Dr. Zaffar is a Proficient Data Analyst and holds a firm grip over advanced statistical packages like SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science, AMOS (Analysis of Movement Structures), and Minitab. He was acknowledged as the Best Young Researcher (Below 40 Years) in 2019 and actively engaged in national and international conferences and workshops.
