Yuvika Singh
Yuvika Singh
has about 13 years of work experience in both industry as well as academic areas and has been associated with reputed B-Schools in Punjab and Haryana in the past. Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor at The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh. She is a B.Tech graduate and have pursued her MBA with HR and Marketing as the areas of specializations. Currently she is pursuing PhD from Punjabi University, Patiala. She has published about 25 research papers in reputed journals along with 4 chapters (one SCOPUS Indexed) in IGI Global Publication and other reputed publication house. She has presented 30 research papers in national and international conferences and attended more than 30 workshops/FDP in reputed organizations. She is not only connected with the research area but also actively engaged in organizing developmental programmes such as industrial visits, guest lectures, business plan and placement activities for the students along with the coordination for different committees. Her teaching and research areas are Human resource management, Organizational behavior, Employee engagement, Business research methodology and Psychology.
