Yunus Topsakal
Yunus Topsakal
is an Associate Professor in the field of Tourism Management with a focus on hospitality, ecotourism, and technology in tourism. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from İ.D. Bilkent University, a Master's degree in Tourism Management and Hospitality from Akdeniz University, and a Doctorate in Tourism Management from the same institution. He also completed a Master's degree in Ecotourism Guidance at Necmettin Erbakan University. Dr. Yunus Topsakal is Associate Professor at Malatya Turgut Ozal University, Turkiye. He hold post-doc at University of Massachusetts Amherst, MA, USA.. His current research interests center on tourism technologies, mobile applications, service robots, and artificial intelligent.. Topsakal's research interests encompass the digital transformation in tourism, social innovation, and sustainable tourism practices. He has published extensively in reputable SSCI, ESCI, and SCOPUS-indexed journals, with contributions focusing on topics such as digital detox tourism, artificial intelligence in tourism, and ecotourism research. Topsakal previously served as a faculty member at Adana Science and Technology University.
