Yijing Chen
Yijing Chen
is a first-year PhD student in Education at the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Her research interests span mathematics education, teacher professional development, students’ problem-solving and educational technology. Before her doctoral studies, she was a primary teacher and after-school tutor, where she promoted student-centered learning. Yijing holds an MA in Mathematics and Pedagogy from the Education University of Hong Kong, with a focus on constructivist teaching, the history of mathematics, instructional design, and ICT in learning.
