Yamini Ghanghorkar
is associated as an Assistant professor in the Academic - HR department at School of Business Studies, Indira University, pursuing her Ph. D from Pune university in HRM specialisation. Before this, she was associated with PIBM and Nagpur University as an Assistant professor, accounting for 9 years of academic experience. In her corporate experience, she has been associated with Muthoot Fincorp and Tech Mahindra Business Services. She is pursuing her PhD from Pune University. She completed her master’s degree in human resource management from Nagpur University in 2013. She has taught subjects like HR Analytics, Performance Management system, Talent Acquisition, Organization Behavior, Talent Management, Management Fundamentals, HRM, Environment Management, and Office Management. She has published and presented research papers in various reputed journals and conferences at national and international.
