Yadu Ram Upreti
Yadu Ram Upreti
is an assistant professor at the Central Department of Education, Tribhuvan University (TU). He has been involved in teaching and researching health education and promotion since 2006. Mr Upreti is also a PhD Scholar of the Graduate School of Education, TU and PhD fellow researcher of the NORHED Rupantaran project, TU. Following the Participatory Action Research (PAR), he is to involve in co-designing and co-implementing a school-based participatory nutrition education to transform the nutritional behaviour in basic level schoolchildren in collaboration with school stakeholders, particularly with schoolteachers. His research interests include participatory action research (PAR), transformative learning, school-based nutrition education, adolescent sexuality education, teacher's professional development, and curriculum resource development.
