Xiaonuo Kang
has an undergraduate degree in engineering costing and a master's degree in construction management from the University of Melbourne. She is currently teaching at the School of Civil Engineering, University of Light and Chemical Technology, Zigong in the subject of cost engineering, Sichuan Province, China. Obtained the second-level cost engineer certificate for installation engineering. In addition to teaching work, she is engaged in fire protection engineering site-review,cost management and acceptance work. The author also engaged in prefabricated building site management, and process management of prefabricated components manufacturing etc.
