Whitney Taylor
, Ph.D., is an accomplished leader in academia and library services. With a Ph.D. in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands. Her research focuses on leadership applications of industrial psychology in the workplace, emotional intelligence, and job crafting. She is the co-founder of the Benson-Taylor Leadership Foundation.
